Our 30-Day Return Policy

At Amara Jewels, we want you to love your jewelry. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund, your item must be:
  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).
  • Complete with all original tags attached.
  • In its original Amara Jewels packaging.

How to Start a Return

We’ve made our return process simple and digital:
  1. Log In: Access your Customer Account.
  2. Select Order: Find the order you wish to return.
  3. Request Return: Select the items and provide the reason for your return.
  4. Ship: Once your return is accepted, use the provided return label to ship it.
    Please note: Items sent back without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Damages, Exchanges & Exceptions

  • Damages & Issues: Please inspect your jewelry upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
  • Exchanges: The fastest way to get a new item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a separate order for the new piece.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approval: Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Most refunds appear within 10 business days.
