- In-Stock Items: Processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Backordered Items: These require an additional 1–2 weeks to process. You will be notified at checkout if an item is on backorder.

Yes — all EU orders over €59 qualify for free standard shipping. This is applied automatically at checkout; no discount code needed. Orders under €59 are charged a flat rate of €2.95.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking page. You can follow your parcel's journey in real time.
If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@amarajewels.eu.
To ensure a fast delivery, we offer same-day dispatch for all orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders received after this cutoff time will be dispatched within one business day.
Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. Please email us immediately at info@amarajewels.eu with your order number and the correct address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

If your tracking shows as "delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local sorting office first. If it remains missing, email our support team so we can open an investigation with the courier.
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Please contact us within one hour of purchase if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it.
Quality is our priority. If your item arrives with a defect, please email us a photo of the damage and your order number within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you. If no replacement item in stock, you can request for a refund.
