Our 30-Day Return Policy
At Amara Jewels, we want you to love your jewelry. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).
- Complete with all original tags attached.
- In its original Amara Jewels packaging.
How to Start a Return
We’ve made our return process simple and digital:
- Log In: Access your Customer Account.
- Select Order: Find the order you wish to return.
- Request Return: Select the items and provide the reason for your return.

Ship: Once your return is accepted, use the provided return label to ship it.
Please note: Items sent back without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Damages, Exchanges & Exceptions
- Damages & Issues: Please inspect your jewelry upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
- Exchanges: The fastest way to get a new item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a separate order for the new piece.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked 'Final Sale' and Gift Cards are ineligible for return or exchange. All sales of these items are final.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approval: Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Most refunds appear within 10 business days.
